Hamburg museums: tickets and entry compared

For a city of its size Hamburg has an unusually dense museum landscape: Miniatur Wunderland in the Speicherstadt, the Hamburger Kunsthalle, the International Maritime Museum and the German Port Museum. Almost all of them sell online tickets through several portals – which means different final prices for the same admission.

One planning note: several Hamburg museums offer free or reduced entry on certain weekdays or for visitors under 18. In those cases an online ticket mainly makes sense to skip the queue or secure a fixed time slot.
